C4I leverages it’s unique structure to apply concessional capital from our foundation and mobilize private capital through the foundations’ Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) subsidiary.

We employ innovative finance instruments and purpose-driven partnerships to de-risk investment in developing and emerging markets. Working through the Plan International global network provides us with local operational capacity and access to priority markets, in order to find, select and invest in the most promising projects, creating long-term value for communities, alongside financial return.
